Web App and MVP Development Services
Web app development turns a business process or a product idea into software people use in the browser: customer portals, booking and ordering systems, internal tools that replace spreadsheets, dashboards, and MVPs for new SaaS products. We design and build the whole thing, front end and back end, and hand over code and accounts in your name.
Internal tools and admin panels start from $2,500, customer-facing business apps and MVPs from $7,000, and SaaS platforms from $22,000. Our guide to what a custom web app costs explains where the budget goes and how to keep the first version small.

What we build
- Internal tools and admin panels. Job trackers, scheduling, stock and order management, approval flows and reporting that replace spreadsheets and copy-paste.
- Customer portals. Accounts where clients see orders, invoices, documents and project status, upload files and pay online.
- Booking, quoting and ordering systems with your pricing rules, availability and confirmations.
- MVPs for new products. The smallest version that real users can pay for, built on a foundation that grows into the full product.
- SaaS platforms. Multi-tenant apps with subscriptions, roles, usage limits and an admin area for your team.
- Dashboards. Live data from your CRM, accounting, e-commerce and analytics in one place.
When you need a web app instead of a website
You need a web app when people log in to get work done: when the site holds data, business rules and history rather than just presenting the company. Typical signs are a pile of plugins faking one feature, staff copying data between systems by hand, or a SaaS tool you pay for per seat that only half fits. If a website, a SaaS subscription or a few automations would solve the problem for less, we will tell you.
Our stack
| Layer | What we use |
|---|---|
| Interface | React and Next.js with TypeScript, a component library for consistent screens |
| Back end | Node.js with Express or NestJS, REST or GraphQL APIs, background jobs |
| Data | PostgreSQL or MySQL, Redis for caching and queues, file storage |
| Payments and integrations | Stripe, accounting, CRM, email, maps and any API your business relies on |
| Hosting | Cloud or your own server, Docker, backups and monitoring, accounts in your name |

How a web app project runs
- Discovery (1–2 weeks). Users, roles, the one job the app must do on day one, integrations and a fixed estimate per stage.
- UX/UI design (1–3 weeks). Wireframes and a clickable prototype tested with real users before anything is built.
- Build in weekly releases. A staging link from the first sprint, demos every week, real data connected early.
- Testing and security. Automated tests, manual testing on real devices, permissions and data checks.
- Launch and growth. Monitoring, backups, documentation and a monthly allowance for new features.
What it costs
An internal tool or admin panel starts from $2,500 and takes six to ten weeks. A customer portal or MVP starts from $7,000 and takes three to six months; a SaaS platform starts from $22,000. Each integration with an outside system starts from $450. Hosting usually costs from $50 a month, and maintenance about 15–20% of the build per year. Hourly work is from $20, and a dedicated developer is available from $2,200 a month.
